Dein Aufgabenbereich

Solution/Software Architekten (m/w/d):

Wir befinden uns in einer aufregenden Phase des schnellen Wachstums und der Expansion. Daher suchen wir einen Solution/Software Architekt (m/w/d) mit einer ausgeprägten Leidenschaft für IIoT-/SaaS-Plattformen, Big Data, Technologie und Innovation, der in der Lage ist, Produkte vom Start bis zur Markteinführung speziell im Bereich IIoT, Telematik und Sensorik zu begleiten. Als Software/Solution Architect engineer bist du bereit mit uns effiziente, vorausschauende und ressourcenschonende Logistikprozesse zu gestalten, um gemeinsam die Supply Chain von morgen intelligenter zu gestalten und durch optimierte Transporte Co2 zu reduzieren. Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit - extern als auch intern - sowie die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse in Spitzentechnologie umzusetzen, sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg in dieser Position.

  • Du übernimmst die technische Leitung vom Team Schweiz (Standort Schaffhausen) vom Kick-off bis zum Rollout und stehst im engen Austausch mit der Projektleitung und dem Produkt-Management.
  • Du gestaltest und baust mit uns ein weiteres SW-Dev-Team in Düsseldorf auf, bestehend aus bis zu 7 Entwicklern.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Dokumentation von komplexen IT-Architekturen innovativer Softwarelösungen und für die strategisch-technologische Beratung unserer Kunden.
  • Durch deine Leadership-Fähigkeiten gewinnst, begeisterst und mobilisierst du das Projekt-Team und die Kunden für Ideen.
  • Mittels Coaching Deiner Teammitglieder in Architekturthemen und in der Anwendung agiler Prinzipien leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag für den Erfolg verschiedener Projekte.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung unserer IoT-Plattform.

Dein Profil

Solution/Software Architekten (m/w/d):

  • Nach deinem technischen Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise in Informatik, hast du bereits mehrere Jahre als Softwareentwickler und Architekt gearbeitet.
  • Du verfügst über außerordentlich gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine hohe Antriebskraft sowie eine positive Denkweise.
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit Angular/React.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit NoSql-basierten Datenbanksystemen wie Scylla/Cassandra o.ä. gesammelt und kennst Dich in SQL aus.
  • Erfahrungen im IoT-Umfeld, insbesondere mit event processing systems und der Datenbankmodellierung von NoSql-Datenbanken sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit IoT typischen Technologien wie MQTT, Kafka und InfluxDB sind erwünscht, aber kein Muss

Your tasks

Solution/Software Architect (m/f/d):

We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth and expansion. Therefore, we are looking for a Solution/Software Architect (m/f/d) with a strong passion for IIoT/SaaS platforms, Big Data, technology and innovation who is able to guide products from launch to market especially in the area of IIoT, telematics and sensor technology. As a Software/Solution Architect engineer, you are ready to work with us to design efficient, predictive and resource-efficient logistics processes to jointly make tomorrow's supply chain smarter and reduce Co2 through optimized transportation. Communication and collaboration - external as well as internal - and the ability to translate customer needs into cutting-edge technology are key to success in this position.

  • You will be responsible for the technical management of Team Switzerland (Schaffhausen site) from kick-off to rollout and will be in close contact with project management and product management.
  • You will design and build an additional SW-Dev team in Düsseldorf, consisting of up to 7 developers.
  • You are responsible for the development and documentation of complex IT architectures of innovative software solutions and for the strategic-technological consulting of our customers.
  • Through your leadership skills, you win over, inspire and mobilize the project team and the customers for ideas.
  • By coaching your team members in architecture topics and in the application of agile principles, you make a decisive contribution to the success of various projects.
  • Actively contribute to the development of our IoT platform.

 

Your Profile

Solution/Software Architect (m/f/d):

  • After your technical university degree, ideally in computer science, you have already worked as a software developer and architect for several years.
  • You have exceptionally good communication skills, a high drive and a positive way of thinking.
  • Good German and very good English skills complete your profile.
  • You have solid experience in front-end development with Angular/React.
  • You have already gained experience with NoSql-based database systems such as Scylla/Cassandra or similar and are familiar with SQL.
  • Experience in the IoT environment, especially with event processing systems and database modeling of NoSql databases is an advantage.
  • Experience with IoT typical technologies like MQTT, Kafka and InfluxDB are desired but not a must.
