Du bist Profi als Projektingenieur und nutzt Dein Knowhow mit hoher Motivation, um Projekte in der Automobilindustrie zu planen, zu leiten und zu überwachen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie pünktlich und innerhalb des Budgets und im Sinne unserer Kunden abgeschlossen werden.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Durchführung von Versuchsaufbauten und Anlagen zur Durchführung von Fahrzeug- und Komponententests
  • Leitung und Begleitung von Projekten innerhalb des Bereichs Automotive
  • Präsentation der Projektergebnisse bei Kunden und Stakeholdern
  • Ausarbeitung der technischen Dokumentationen im Projekt, wie z. B. Prüfpläne und Berichte
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Produktleistung und -Qualität
  • Begleitung von Prototypentests und Validierungstests
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung bei Technik und Software in der Automobilindustrie
  • Implementierung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien bei Engineering-Projekten
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Analyse von Testdaten und Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen
  • Gewährleistung der technischen Machbarkeit und Funktionssicherheit von Fahrzeugsystemen
  • Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei Kundenanfragen und -präsentationen
  • Leitung und Begleitung von Prozessverbesserungen und Änderungsmanagement

Dein Profil 

  • Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit und kannst einen Bachelor- oder gleichwertigen Abschluss vorweisen.
  • Du analysierst und bewertest technische Änderungen hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf Kosten, Timing und Qualität.
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, sicher und kompetent auch in stressigen Situationen und bei hohen Anforderungen zu agieren.
  • Du weißt, wie man die Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern aufbaut und pflegt, um sicherzustellen, dass alle relevanten Informationen korrekt und rechtzeitig weitergegeben werden.
  • Du setzt Deine Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse ein, um die Qualität und Effizienz Deiner Aufgaben ständig zu überwachen und zu verbessern.
  • Du weißt,  wie Du Deine Arbeitsschritte an die jeweiligen Projektanforderungen und -ziele anpassen können
  • Du bist proaktiv und lösungsorientiert, kannst Dich selbst motivieren und verstehst es, andere für Deine Lösungen zu begeistern.
  • Du setzt Dein technisches Know-how in der Umsetzung und Entwicklung komplexer Automotive-Projekte ein.

You are a professional project engineer and are highly motivated to use your know-how to plan, manage and monitor projects in the automotive industry to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of our customers.


Your Tasks

  • Implementation of test setups and systems for carrying out vehicle and component tests
  • Management and support of projects within the Automotive division
  • Presenting project results to customers and stakeholders
  • Preparation of technical documentation in the project, such as test plans and reports
  • Identification of improvement opportunities to increase product performance and quality
  • Accompanying prototype tests and validation tests
  • Support with troubleshooting and error correction for technology and software in the automotive industry
  • Implementing safety and compliance guidelines for engineering projects
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards
  • Analyzing test data and creating technical specifications
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility and functional safety of vehicle systems
  • Providing technical support to the sales team for customer inquiries and presentations
  • Management and support of process improvements and change management

 


Your Profile

  • You have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • You analyze and evaluate technical changes in terms of their impact on costs, timing and quality.
  • You have the ability to act confidently and competently even in stressful situations and with high demands
  • You know how to establish and maintain communication with the various stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information is passed on correctly and on time
  • You use your skills and knowledge to constantly monitor and improve the quality and efficiency of your tasks
  • You know how to adapt your work steps to the respective project requirements and goals
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented, can motivate yourself and know how to inspire others with your solutions
  • You use your technical know-how in the implementation and development of complex automotive projects
