Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung unserer Softwareprodukte und dabei Schnittstelle für Kunden, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und die Entwicklungsabteilung bei IPETRONIK
  • Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Setups für unsere Kunden und unterstützt sie bei der Erstellung von Formeln, Konfigurationen und Skripten.
  • Du fungierst als wertvolle Unterstützung für die Vertriebsteams vor Ort.
  • Du planst und führst Trainings und Schulungen durch, um unser Team und unsere Kunden optimal auf den Umgang mit unserer Software vorzubereiten.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro-/Nachrichtentechnik bzw. über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Für die anstehenden Aufgaben bringst du praktische Erfahrungen in den Programmiersprachen Python und/oder C# mit und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Betriebssystem Linux.
  • Erfahrungen in den Bereichen elektronische Messtechnik, Fahrzeug-Bussysteme und/oder Kfz-Elektronik wären ein weiteres Plus.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und arbeitest gern an verschiedenen Standorten.

To strengthen our Technical Support team, we are looking for Technical Supporter Engineer Software (m/f/d) at several locations as soon as possible.


Location: Baden-Baden/Düsseldorf/Bergkirchen near Munich
Type of employment: Full-time or part-time in permanent position
Start: immediately

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the technical support of our software products and will be the interface for customers, sales, product management and the development department at IPETRONIK.
  • You will create tailor-made setups for our customers and support them in the creation of formulas, configurations and scripts.
  • You act as a valuable support for the sales teams on site.
  • You plan and conduct training courses to optimally prepare our team and our customers for the use of our software.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree or vocational training in the field of electrical/communications engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • For the upcoming tasks, you have practical experience in the programming languages Python and/or C# and ideally have knowledge of the Linux operating system.
  • Experience in the fields of electronic measurement technology, vehicle bus systems and/or automotive electronics would be another plus.
  • You have very good German and English skills and enjoy working at different locations.
