Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du führst das Projektteam sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch im Bereich Großanlagen, Dokumentation und CAD
  • Du planst und kontrollierst das Projektbudget und sorgst dafür das Zeit,- Kosten,- und Qualitätsziele eingehalten werden
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und Kunden
  • Du optimierst die internen Abläufe und Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz im Projektmanagement
  • Du Sorgst für eine technische Entwicklung, deren Dokumentation und der Implementierung von Projektstandards

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst bereits fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung im Prüfstandsbau mit und hast im optimalfall einen Hochschulabschluss in Verfahrenstechnik oder Maschinenbau 
  • Du weißt, wie wichtig ein transparenter Austausch ist, um Vertrauen und eine offene Unternehmenskultur zu schaffen
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit, in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig und besonnen zu kommunizieren, wodurch du Stabilität und Sicherheit vermittelst
  • Du weißt, wie man sich in ungewohntes Terrain vorwagt und völlig neue Lösungsansätze kreiert
  • Du analysierst die Lage präzise und triffst Entscheidungen, die sowohl effizient als auch effektiv sind

To strengthen our IPEtec business unit, we are looking for a  Team Leader Projects Test Bench Construction - Large Systems and Documentation (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Location: Baden-Baden

Type of employment: Full-time or part-time, permanent position

Start: immediately

Your Tasks

  • You lead the project team both professionally and disciplinary in the area of large systems, documentation and CAD
  • You plan and control the project budget and ensure that time, cost and quality targets are met
  • You act as an interface between internal departments, external service providers and customers
  • You optimize internal workflows and processes to increase efficiency in project management
  • You ensure technical development, its documentation and the implementation of project standards


Your Profile

  • You already have sound knowledge and experience in test bench construction and ideally have a university degree in process engineering or mechanical engineering 
  • You know how important a transparent exchange is to create trust and an open corporate culture
  • You have the ability to communicate in a calm and level-headed manner in challenging situations, conveying stability and security
  • You know how to venture into unfamiliar territory and create completely new solutions
  • You analyze the situation precisely and make decisions that are both efficient and effective
