Dein Aufgabenbereich

Du leitest leidenschaftlich gerne Projekte? Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsskills und löst Herausforderungen bevor sie zu Problemen werden?

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung von Projektidee bis Serienanlauf von Soft- und Hardwareprojekten, einschließlich Fertigungs- und Prüfmittel, Projekteinkauf
  • Du führst interdisziplinäre, internationale, fachabteilungs- und zum Teil auch standortübergreifende Projektteams
  • Du erstellst Projektpläne, steuerst und kontrollierst das Projekt hinsichtlich Zielerreichung, Ressourcen und Kosten
  • Du strukturierst und moderierst die Entscheidungsprozesse im Projektteam sowie die pro-aktive Kommunikation mit externen und internen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil

  • Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Du hast ein Technisches Studium (Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Idealerweise hast du mehrjährige Erfahrung als Entwickler, vor dem Wechsel in die Projektleitung
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Project, Power Bi
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

To strengthen our project management, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at the Baden-Baden site at the earliest possible date.


Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time or part-time in permanent position
Start: immediately


Your Tasks

Are you passionate about managing projects? You have very good communication skills and solve challenges before they become problems?

  • You take responsibility from the project idea to the start of series production of software and hardware projects, including production and test equipment, project purchasing
  • You lead interdisciplinary, international, cross-departmental and sometimes cross-location project teams
  • You create project plans, manage and control the project in terms of target achievement, resources and costs
  • You structure and moderate the decision-making processes in the project team and proactively communicate with external and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

  •  You have several years of experience in project management
  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or similar)
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience as a developer before moving into project management
  • Ideally, you have experience with MS Project, Power Bi
  • You are fluent in German and English
