Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du wandelst Bestellanforderungen in Bestellungen um
  • Du pflegst Auftragsbestätigungen im ERP-System
  • Lieferterminverfolgen, Rechnungsvorprüfung und das Mahnwesen gehören auch in dein Aufgabenfeld
  • Du bist für die E-Procurement Abwicklung verantwortlich
  • Du betreust dir zugeordnete Bereiche
  • Du betreibst Lieferantenentwicklung und Lieferantensuche
  • Du verhandelst Einzelvorgänge und Rahmenverträge 



Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich 
  • Du bist Lernwillig und hast Freude an deiner Weiterentwicklung 
  • Du bist offen, eigeninitiativ und hast eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise besitzt du gute Excelkenntnisse und hast Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen
  • Im Optimalfall hast du schon Erfahrung im Einkauf, Vertrieb oder der Produktionssteuerung
  • Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse

To strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are looking for a  Purchaser (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time, permanent position
Start: immediately


Your Tasks

  • You convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders
  • You maintain order confirmations in the ERP system
  • Tracking delivery dates, preliminary invoice verification and dunning are also part of your area of responsibility 
  • You are responsible for e-procurement processing
  • You supervise the areas assigned to you
  • You will carry out supplier development and supplier searches 
  • You negotiate individual transactions and framework agreements 


Your Profile

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector 
  • You are willing to learn and enjoy developing yourself further 
  • You are open, proactive and have an independent way of working
  • Ideally, you have good Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
  • Ideally, you already have experience in purchasing, sales or production control
  • You have a good command of English
