Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Baden-Baden ein/e Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d).

Einsatzort: Baden-Baden
Art der Anstellung: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, zunächst befristet auf 1 Jahr als Elternzeitvertretung mit Option auf Verlängerung 
Beginn: sofort


Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Du sorgst für die Abstimmung der Konten und kümmerst dich um die Klärung von Differenzen
  • Die Bearbeitung von Reise- und Spesenabrechnungen gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Du erstellst regelmäßige Auswertungen und Analysen 
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen wie dem Einkauf und Controlling trägst du zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei
  • Du beteiligst dich an der Umstellung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems


Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen 
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Finanzbuchhalter/in gesammelt 
  • Die Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen ist dir vertraut 
  • Teamfähigkeit, gutes Zeitmanagement und selbstständiges Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office

To strengthen our Financial accounting department, we are looking for a Finance Administrator (m/f/d) at the Baden-Baden site at the earliest possible date.


Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time or part-time, Temporary for 1 year as a parental leave replacement with option to extend
Start: immediately



Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • You are responsible for reconciling accounts and any differences that arise
  • Travel and expense reports are also part of your area of responsibility
  • You will be involved in monthly and annual financial statements
  • You create evaluations 
  • You work together with other departments such as Purchasing and Controlling 
  • You will be involved in the conversion of our ERP system





Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector 
  • You have already gained experience as a financial accountant 
  • You are no stranger to working with ERP systems 
  • You are a team player, have good time management skills and are able to work independently
  • You have experience in working with Microsoft Office
