Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du erstellst, überwachst und analysierst die Projektbudgets und -kosten
  • Du unterstützt die Projektleitung in kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Du übernimmst das laufende Monitoring der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung von Projekten
  • Du identifizierst Abweichungen und erarbeitest geeignete Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Du erstellst Forecasts und regelmäßige Reportings
  • Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, insbesondere mit dem Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Projektcontrolling
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Anlagenbau oder Soft- und Hardwareentwicklung mit
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie in Controlling-Instrumenten
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Excel und ERP-Systemen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zeigst Eigeninitiative und bist teamfähig
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig

Type of employment: Full-time in permanent position
Start: immediately

Your Tasks

  • You create, monitor and analyze project budgets and costs
  • You support the project management in commercial matters
  • You take over the ongoing monitoring of the economic development of projects
  • You identify deviations and develop suitable recommendations for action
  • You prepare forecasts and regular reports
  • You support the optimization of controlling processes and systems
  • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in particular with Finance and Accounting

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in project controlling
  • Ideally, you have experience in the areas of plant engineering or software and hardware development
  • You have sound knowledge of finance and accounting as well as controlling instruments
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and a high affinity for numbers.
  • You are confident in using MS Excel and ERP systems
  • You work in a structured manner, show initiative and are a team player
  • You are a strong communicator and assertive
