Zur Verstärkung unseres Geschäftsbereichs IPEmeasure suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) für den Standort Bergkirchen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich 

  • Du übernimmst die technische Betreuung unserer Hard- und Softwareprodukte
  • Du bearbeitest First und Second-Level-Supportanfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und unser Ticketsystem 
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement sowie der Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb vor Ort auf Messen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Entwicklungsabteilung vor Ort bei Kunden und bist bereit, Kunden auf Erprobungen zu begleiten
  • Der Aufbau und die Begleitung von Applikationen/Messaufgaben liegt ebenso in deiner Verantwortung 
  • Du planst und führst Schulungen durch

Dein Profil 

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro-/Informationstechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Du hast vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrung in den Bereichen Automotive-Bussysteme und Netzwerktechnik.
  • Du hast bereits ein Basiswissen in Programmierung
  • Du verstehst komplexe Themen schnell und findest dafür einen Lösungsweg
  • Eigeninitiative, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit liegen dir
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

To strengthen our IPEmeasure business unit, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) at our location Bergkirchen to start as soon as possible.


Location: Bergkirchen

Type of employment: Full-time 

Start: immediately

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the technical support of our hardware and software products
  • You will handle first and second-level support requests via telephone, email, and our ticket system
  • You will act as an interface between customers, sales, product management, and the development department
  • You will support the sales team on site at trade fairs
  • You will support our development department on site at customer locations and be prepared to accompany customers on trials
  • You will also be responsible for setting up and supporting applications/measurement tasks
  • You will plan and conduct training courses


Your Profile 

  • You have a degree or vocational training in electrical engineering/information technology or a comparable qualification
  • You preferably already have experience in the areas of automotive bus systems and network technology
  • You already have a basic knowledge of programming
  • You quickly understand complex topics and find solutions for them
  • You are proactive, a team player, and a good communicator, and you enjoy working with colleagues
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
