Dein Aufgabenbereich 

  • Du bist für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Projekten im Hardware-, Software- und Firmware-Bereich auf Basis genehmigter Projektanträge und Lastenhefte verantwortlich
  • Du übernimmst die operative und organisatorische Leitung des Projekts mit dem Ziel einer optimalen Erreichung der definierten Projektziele innerhalb der vorgegebenen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Die Vertretung des Projekts nach außen, insbesondere gegenüber beteiligten Fachabteilungen, Linienvorgesetzten der Projektmitarbeiter sowie weiteren internen und externen Schnittstellen gehören auch zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich 
  • Du übernimmst die Aufgabenverteilung, Priorisierung und Ressourceneinsatz im Rahmen der operativen Projektleitung
  • Das Anforderungsmanagement auf Grundlage der Projektanträge, insbesondere bei der Begleitung von Entwicklungs- und Erprobungsprojekten übernimmst du ebenfalls
  • Du erstellst Projektstatus- und Ergebnisberichten sowie Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das weitere Projektvorgehen
  • Du führst Produktvoruntersuchungen durch bzw. Koordinierst diese auf Basis der Projektanträge


Dein Profil 

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Idealerweise hast du eine Zertifizierung als Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C) oder gleichwertig
  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung als Entwickler im Hard‑ oder Softwarebereich
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktentstehungsprozessen
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit relevanten Tools und Methoden zur Projektplanung, ‑Steuerung und ‑Kommunikation
  • Du zeigst Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und dynamisches Auftreten

To strengthen our Business Unit IPEmeasure, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our location Baden-Baden to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling projects in the hardware, software, and firmware areas based on approved project proposals and specifications
  • You will take on the operational and organizational management of the project with the aim of optimally achieving the defined project goals within the specified framework conditions
  • Representing the project externally, in particular to the specialist departments involved, line managers of project staff, and other internal and external interfaces, will also be part of your area of responsibility
  • You will be responsible for task allocation, prioritization, and resource utilization within the framework of operational project management
  • You will also be responsible for requirements management based on project proposals, in particular when supporting development and testing projects
  • You will prepare project status and results reports and prepare decision-making bases for further project procedures
  • You will carry out preliminary product investigations or coordinate these on the basis of project proposals


Your Profile 

  • You have several years of experience in managing technical development projects
  • Ideally, you have certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C) or equivalent
  • You have technical training, preferably with professional experience as a developer in the hardware or software field
  • You have in-depth knowledge of project management methods, quality management, and product development processes
  • You are confident in using relevant tools and methods for project planning, control, and communication
  • You demonstrate negotiating skills, assertiveness, and a dynamic demeanor
