Zur Verstärkung unseres Geschäftsbereichs IPEmeasure suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Senior Produktmanager (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Produktstrategien, Roadmaps und Geschäftspläne für den Bereich IPEmeasure - mit Schwerpunkt auf unserem Datenlogger-Portfolio für globale Märkte
  • Du verantwortest die internationale Ausrichtung des Portfolios, regionale Marktanforderungen, Zertifizierungen und Wettbewerbssituationen in Europa, Asien und den USA
  • Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du erstellst Lastenhefte und Anforderungsprofile
  • Du steuerst Produktentwicklungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der strategischen Portfolioplanung bis zu taktischen Umsetzung im Product Backlog

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Bachelor/Master in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Betriebswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Du hast 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement idealerweise im Bereich Mess-/Prüftechnik und DAQ 
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement 
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Marktverständnis und Affinität zu Technologien, insbesondere KI
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

To strengthen our IPEmeasure Business Unit we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d).


Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time 
Start: immediately


Your tasks

  • You will develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans for the IPEmeasure division—with a focus on our data logger portfolio for global markets
  • You will be responsible for the international positioning of the portfolio, regional market requirements, certifications, and competitive landscapes in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
  • You conduct market and competitive analyses and derive recommendations for action from them
  • You create specifications and requirement profiles
  • You manage product development throughout the entire lifecycle—from strategic portfolio planning to tactical implementation in the product backlog

Your Profil

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable degree
  • You have 5 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of measurement and test technology and DAQ
  • You have experience in requirements management
  • You have a strong understanding of the market and an affinity for technology, particularly AI
  • You have a good command of German and English
