Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du führst, coachst und entwickelst das Einkaufsteam weiter
  • Die Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten liegen in deiner Verantwortung, inklusive Aufbau belastbarer Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Du entwickelst Einkaufsstrategien entlang unserer Unternehmensziele und Budgetvorgaben und verhandelst Verträge mit Schlüssellieferanten im technischen und elektronischen Umfeld 
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Vertrieb und Qualitätsmanagement und Controlling bringst du dich in verschiedene Projekte ein
  • Du treibst Kosteneinsparungs- und Effizienzmaßnahmen voran und nutzt dabei aktiv unser neu eingeführtes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), um Prozesse zu straffen und Standards zu etablieren
  • Du identifizierst und bewertest Risiken in der Lieferkette und stellst Qualitäts-, und Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards sicher
  • Mit Hands-on-Mentalität packst du auch in Engpasssituationen oder Vertretungsfälle operativ mit an 

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Elektronik, Baugruppen oder technische Komponenten
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit, mindestens auf Teamleiterebene und überzeugst durch Seniorität und Standing
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Digitalisierungsaffinität und idealerweise Erfahrung mit D365 F&O oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen 
  • Ein ausgeprägtes abteilungsübergreifendes Prozessdenken sowie technisches Verständnis zeichnen dich aus - du hinterfragst Anforderungen aus Entwicklung und Produktion kritisch und konstruktiv 
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick helfen dir, souverän zwischen Geschäftsführung, kaufmännischer Leitung, Fachbereichen und Lieferanten zu vermitteln
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office/365 und bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (max. 10%)

To strengthen our Administration we are looking for a Head of Purchasing Department (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • You will lead, coach, and further develop the procurement team
  • You will be responsible for selecting, qualifying, and developing suppliers, including building strong supplier relationships
  • You will develop procurement strategies aligned with our corporate goals and budget targets and negotiate contracts with key suppliers in the technical and electronics sectors
  • Working closely with R&D, Production, Sales, Quality Management, and Controlling, you’ll contribute to various projects
  • You’ll drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives, actively leveraging our newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to streamline processes and establish standards
  • You will identify and assess risks in the supply chain and ensure compliance with quality, compliance, and sustainability standards
  • With a hands-on approach, you will also step in to help with operational tasks during bottlenecks or when covering for absent colleagues



Your Profil

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally with a focus on electronics, assemblies, or technical components
  • You have several years of leadership experience, at least at the team leader level, and demonstrate seniority and standing
  • You have a strong affinity for digitalization and, ideally, experience with D365 F&O or comparable ERP systems
  • You are characterized by a strong cross-functional process-oriented mindset and technical understanding—you critically and constructively evaluate requirements from development and production
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to confidently mediate between executive management, commercial leadership, functional departments, and suppliers
  • You have very good German language skills (C2) as well as good to very good English language skills (C1), are proficient in MS Office/365, and are willing to travel occasionally for work (max. 10%)
