Zur Verstärkung unserer Administration suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Leitung Finanzbuchhaltung/Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d).

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Lohnbuchhaltung, termingerechte Abschlüsse nach HGB/IFRS sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen
  • Du bist zuständig für die Liquiditätsplanung und das Cash-Management 
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung, Mitarbeitende, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden
  • Du bist für die mitverantwortlich für die korrekte und termingerechte Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Du bist die treibende Kraft bei Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Teamleitung, die Führung und Entwicklung des Finanzteams sowie die Betreuung internationaler Dienstleister

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in BWL oder VWL erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder alternativ den Bilanzbuchhalter absolviert
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung als Führungskraft im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung 
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in D365 F&O, MS Office und idealerweise DATEV 
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Finanzen- und Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie steuerrechtlicher Compliance 
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in der Lohnabrechnung und Verechnungspreisgestaltung

To strengthen our Administration we are looking for a Head of the Financial Accounting/Payroll Department (m/f/d).


Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the proper management of financial accounting and payroll accounting, the timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS, and business analyses
  • You are responsible for liquidity planning and cash management
  • You serve as the point of contact for management, employees, auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies
  • You are jointly responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
  • You are the driving force behind process optimization, digitization, and the further development of financial processes and the internal control system (ICS)
  • You are responsible for leading, managing, and developing the finance team, as well as overseeing international service providers



Your Profil

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or economics, or alternatively, you have earned a certification as a certified accountant
  • You already have experience as a manager in financial accounting
  • You have very good German and English language skills
  • You have knowledge of D365 F&O, MS Office, and ideally DATEV
  • You have experience in automating financial and accounting processes
  • You have experience in automating financial and accounting processes as well as tax compliance
  • You have experience in payroll accounting and transfer pricing
