Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du bist für die Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS verantwortlich, einschließlich der Bildung von Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Abschlussbuchungen
  • Du bist für die korrekte und termingerechte Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mitverantwortlich
  • Du führst die Intercompany-Abstimmungen mit in- und ausländischen Konzerngesellschaften durch und klärst Differenzen eigenständig
  • Du erstellst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Zusammenfassenden Meldungen (ZM) sowie die Intrastat-Meldungen
  • Du wirkst bei der Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung mit und verantwortest den Zahlungsverkehr
  • Du übernimmst die Vertretung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Du betreust und berätst Fachabteilungen in bilanziellen Fragen, begleitest die Jahresabschlussprüfung und bist neben der Abteilungsleitung Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und weitere externe Partner

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in BWL oder VWL erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder alternativ den Bilanzbuchhalter absolviert
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und idealerweise IFRS
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365, DATEV und LucaNet
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozessen, idealerweise auch mit der Anwendung von KI
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig und trittst gegenüber externen Partnern sicher auf

To strengthen our Administration we are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d).

Location: Baden-Baden
Type of employment: Full-time 
Start: immediately




Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for preparing and compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including the recognition of provisions, accruals, and closing entries
  • You will share responsibility for ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time
  • You will conduct intercompany reconciliations with domestic and foreign group companies and resolve discrepancies independently
  • You will prepare advance sales tax returns, summary reports (ZM), and Intrastat declarations
  • You will contribute to budget and liquidity planning and be responsible for payment transactions
  • You will serve as a representative in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • You will support and advise line departments on accounting matters, assist with the annual audit, and—alongside the department head—serve as the point of contact (m/f/d) for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other external partners


Your Profil

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or economics, or alternatively, have earned a certification as a financial accountant
  • You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting and possess in-depth knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and, ideally, IFRS
  • You have experience in payroll processing
  • You have very good German and English language skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office and, ideally, have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, DATEV, and LucaNet
  • You have experience automating financial and accounting processes, ideally including the use of AI
